Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, customized products, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

To receive a different item, please return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

The item must be returned unused, in the same condition as received, with tags attached and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
